I used this florist for a romantic surprise, and it turned out perfectly. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and arranged in a very graceful and romantic style. I had an arrangement delivered and was very disappointed with the quality of work. There were large portions of foam showing and the vase was cracked. I called the shop and was told it must’ve happened while I transported it… but I had not traveled with the arrangement. The owner called me back and asked me to return it to my works front desk and a new one would be dropped off the next morning. Unfortunately the quality of work was even worse than the first arrangement. More foam was showing and the alstroemeria was already senescing. I am highly disappointed in this shop and that someone spent $88.75 to send me this low quality of work. I am a florist and would not allow this to leave my shop, and be known as my quality of work. Especially for the “redo” to be lower quality than the original.

This place is a complete rip off. My husband purchased peonies off of the site for my birthday to surprise me. He paid $150. Peonies are not cheap. The flowers that were delivered were not peonies. He was not given a heads up about the change. When I told my husband that I had not received peonies, he called to complain. They told him that it is stated that if the selected flower is not available, they will substitute it with something of equal value. Well, sorry, but hydrangeas and peonies are not of the same value. So, basically, my husband paid $150 and I was given something that would normally cost maybe $60. Of course, they were not going to even let him know. The worse part is that they were just delivered yesterday afternoon and I woke up to wilted flowers this morning. Wow. They didn't even last a day. We will never buy from this business again. There are better flower businesses in the area. Believe the bad reviews and save your money!
